Simple Pork Soup with Plenty of Vegetables

Ingredients (2 servings)

pork (thinly sliced) 100~200g
dried carrot 10g
dried burdock root 5g
dried lotus root 5g
dashi 1 tsp
miso 3~4 tbsp
ippiki chili or shichimi chili appropriate

how to make

  1. Add dried vegetables to water and bring to a boil
  2. Add the pork when it boils
  3. Remove the scum and adjust the taste with miso and Hondashi, and it's done!

Dried vegetables are boiled once, so it's super easy! You can add lotus root, tofu, okara, etc. as you like.
